                                                        ORDER

Seeking appropriate direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate

No.II, Tiruchirappalli, to pass the judgment in C.C.No.949 of 2020, this

criminal original petition is filed.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that earlier the

case was pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vadippatti, in

C.C.No.15 of 2018 and later, the same came to be transferred before the

learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tiruchirappalli, in C.C.No.949 of 2020.

In this case, the entire trial has been concluded and arguments has also

been put forth by the respective parties on 07.03.2024 and the case was

posted for judgment on 15.03.2024. However, the judgment has not been

pronounced so far by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II. Hence, this

petition.

3.Wondering why a judgment has not been produced even after a lapse

of nearly one year and 10 months, this Court hereby directs the learned

Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tiruchirappalli, to pronounce the judgment in

C.C.No.949 of 2020 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of

a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is

allowed.

5. Post the matter 'for reporting compliance' on 24.02.2026.
