ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by Dr.G.Jayachandran J.)
1. In continuation of the order passed by this Court and in compliance of the
directions to the 3rd Respondent/Builder, it is reported that the balance
amount of Rs.12.5 lakhs has been deposited today. The learned senior
counsel for the 3rd Respondent/Builder undertakes to report the time line
for payment of rent and other expenses for the next six months by
tomorrow.
2. The Government has approved the building plan proposal submitted by
the Builder subject to certain conditions. The communication of the
Government, dated 03.03.2026 is submitted to us for perusal.
3. It appears that certain rectifications required from the Builder in respect
of the building plan are submitted. The learned senior counsel for the
Builder states that those rectifications mentioned in the communication
dated 03.03.2026 had already been complied with and uploaded. The
learned counsel for CMDA is directed to verify and report about the
action taken on it.
4. The proceedings of the Additional Chief Secretary to Government,
Housing Urban Development Department, dated 03.03.2026 indicates
that the structural design report and drawing for the entire structure are
yet to be obtained from the IIT/PWD. It appears that the structural design
report and drawing will reach the Team of IIT Professors once the

defects in the plan pointed out are rectified.
5. The Builder is directed to coordinate with the Judicial Committee as well
as the Experts in this regard and ensure the process expedited at the
earliest.
6. Post the matter on 10.04.2026 for further orders.
