                     Prayer: Writ Appeal filed under Clause 15 of the Letters Patent, seeking

                     to set aside the order dated 28.02.2025 passed in W.M.P.No.7838 of 2025

The present Writ Appeal has been assailed against the interim order

passed in W.P.No.7088 of 2025 declining to grant stay.

2. It is now stated by the learned counsel for the appellant that the

Writ Petition itself was finally disposed of on 23.07.2025 in

W.P.Nos.7088 of 2025 etc. batch and since the miscellaneous petition has

also been closed in the Writ Petition, the prayer in the Writ Appeal has

become infructuous.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the

appellant that the prayer in the Writ Appeal has become infructuous, no

effective orders can be passed.

4. Accordingly, the Writ Appeal stands closed. No costs.
