2. When the matter came up for consideration on 26.09.2025,

there was no representation on either side and hence this Court passed the

following order :

''Appeal by the wife, aggrieved by the judgment of the Family Court, dissolving the marriage on the ground of cruelty and desertion, was earlier dismissed by this Court for default on 04.12.2017 and later restored vide order, dated 25.07.2019.

Today, when the matter is listed, there is no representation for the appellant.

Post the matter under the caption ''For Dismissal'' on 10.10.2025.''

3. Even today, though the matter is listed under the caption ''For

Dismissal'', there is no representation on either side.

4. For the aforesaid reason, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal stands

dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected C.M.P.Nos.8351 and 8352

of 2016 are closed.
