                                                       JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by DR.ANITA SUMANTH, J.)

Mr.S.P.Maharajan, learned Special Government Pleader, draws

our attention to an order passed in W.A.(MD)No.414 of 2024 in the case

of P.Shanthalakshmi, one of the writ petitioners in a batch of writ

petitions disposed by the impugned order dated 27.09.2023. He confirms

that the order passed by the learned Single Judge has been fully complied

with and the only grievance was in relation to cost that, in writ appeal,

vide order dated 19.03.2024, was set aside.

2. In the interests of uniformity, while confirming the order

dated 27.09.2023 on the merits of the matter, we set aside the cost

component alone.

3. The Writ Appeal stands disposed in terms of this order. No

costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
