                                                            JUDGMENT

(Judgment of this Court was delivered by S.SRIMATHY, J.)

The present Writ Appeal has been filed against the order passed by

the Writ Court in W.P.(MD)No.14122 of 2025, dated 14.05.2025.

2.Heard the learned Counsel on both sides.

3.Though in the grounds of appeal, the learned Counsel for the

appellant raised various grounds challenging the order of the Writ Court,

when this Court expressed its opinion that this Court is not inclined to

entertain this appeal, the learned Counsel for appellant submits that the

appellant would be satisfied, if the cost imposed by the Writ Court is

removed.

4.In view of the submission made by the learned Counsel for the

appellant, the Writ Appeal is dismissed and the order passed by the Writ

Court in W.P.(MD)No.14122 of 2025, dated 14.05.2025 is confirmed

except the imposition of cost and the same stands set aside. No costs.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
