JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was delivered by Anita Sumanth J.)
Mr.B.Thiyagarajan, learned counsel for the appellant circulates a copy of
order dated 20.02.2025 dismissing O.A.Nos.476 and 477 of 2013 and 278 of
2024 finally.
2. To be noted, the order impugned in these Original Side Appeals is an
interim order passed in the very same Original Applications.
3. That apart, the impugned order proceeds on the basis of an order of
status quo that has been granted in W.P.No.13182 of 2024 dated 16.07.2024.
4. It is the say of Mr.B.Thiyagarajan, learned counsel for the appellant
and Mr.Ramanlaal, learned Additional Advocate General assisted by
Mr.T.Arunkumar, learned Additional Government Pleader for R3 to R7, that the
Writ Petition has itself been dismissed on 05.02.2025. That Writ Petition has, in
fact, been filed by the private respondents, i.e., R1 and R2 to the present
Original Side Appeal.

5. Recording the aforesaid, this Original Side Appeal and the connected
