Though one of the prayers of the petitioner was not granted by the writ
Court, since we have dismissed the Writ Appeal filed by the respondents 7 and
8 in the Writ Petition, the ultimate object has been achieved.
2. Hence, we do not see any necessity to entertain this Writ Appeal.
Accordingly, this Writ Appeal is dismissed. No costs.
