COMMON JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was delivered by S.SRIMATHY, J.)
The present writ appeals are filed against the interim orders passed
by the writ Court dated 19.02.2025 in W.M.P(MD)Nos.3104, 3091 & 3096 in
W.P(MD)Nos.4324, 4314 and 4316 of 2025 respectively.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the
materials placed before this Court.
3.It is a settled proposition of law that an intra-Court appeal will not
lie against the interim order passed by the writ Court. Therefore, this Court is not
inclined to entertain the Writ Appeals. However, since the Writ Petitions are still
pending, the matter is remitted back to the writ Court. All the parties are relegated
to approach the writ Court. The writ Court is requested to take up the Writ
Petitions and pass appropriate orders.

4.With the above observations, these Writ Appeals are disposed of.
