This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has been filed against the order

dated 29.01.2019 passed in I.A.No.288 of 2018 in I.A.No.9 of 2013 in

the respondent/mother.

2. The respondent/wife has filed the main O.P. seeking divorce.

When it was pending, she filed I.A.No.9/2013, seeking custody of her

child. The Lower Court vide order dated 21.12.2014, had partly allowed

the said I.A. and handed over the custody of the daughter minor Ishwarya

to the respondent wife.

3. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned

counsel appearing for the appellant / husband would state that now the

minor girl child has attained the age of majority and hence this CMA may

be closed.

4. In view of the above submission of the learned counsel for the

appellant, since the minor girl child has attained the age of majority,

nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.
