When the matter was taken up for hearing on 03.10.2024, there was no

representation for the respondent. Hence, to afford a final opportunity, the matter

was ordered to be posted today.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, none appeared for the

respondent. Despite giving sufficient opportunity, the respondent is not ready to

argue the case even the matter is pending from the year 2019, this Civil

Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for non prosecution. No Costs.
