                     Court, Thiruvannamalai dated 10.09.2008 reversing the judgment and
                     decree passed in O.S.No.226 of 2004 on the file of the Addl. District Munsif
                     Court, Thiruvannamalai dated 30.08.2006.

                                                         JUDGEMENT

Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, both learned counsel for

appellant and 1st respondent appeared. Already this matter was referred to

mediation centre at District Mediation Centre, Tiruvannamalai and the

report from the mediation centre is received. Before the Mediation Centre of

Tiruvannamalai, settlement was arrived amicably between the parties and

also agreed to divide the properties as per the mediation report. The copy of

settlement agreement along with a plan enclosed in the typed set of papers

was perused.

2. As per the terms of settlement agreement, both parties have settled

the issue. Accordingly, this Second Appeal is disposed of as per terms and

conditions of Settlement Agreement. The said Settlement Agreement along

with a original plan dated 14.10.2024 shall form part and parcel of the

decree. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are

closed.
