                     PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution
                     of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing
                     the second respondent to issue patta to the petitioner in respect of
                     S.No. 468/2 to an extent of 1309 sq.feet, on the basis of sale deed
                     dated 23.11.2007 situated at Nilakottai Village, Nilakottai Taluk and
                     Dindigul District, based on the petitioner's online application dated
                     11.07.2024.

                                                 ORDER

The petitioner, with a grievance that his application

dated 11.07.2024 for change of patta, pursuant to his sale deed,

dated 23.11.2007 for the property in S.No. 468/2, Nilakottai Village,

Nilakottai Taluk, Dindigul District has not been considered by the

respondents has approached this Court.

2.Mr.P.Thambidurai, learned Government Advocate

takes notice for the respondents and submits that the petitioner's

application was considered and rejected, pursuant to the judgment

and decree passed by the District Munsif Court, Nilakkottai in

O.S.No.58 of 2007, dated 25.10.2010. A copy of the rejection order

is also furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3.Recording the submission made on behalf of the

respondents, this writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the

petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. No

costs.
