                                                          JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.)

The Writ Appeal is filed against the order of the learned Single

Judge in WP No.21404 of 2024 dated 01.08.2024.

2. We are not satisfied with the grounds raised in the writ appeal to

interfere with the order passed by the writ court. We have gone through the

records carefully and found that there is no material to show that the

appellant has been working from 2011 in the post of Vocational Instructor.

Further, it is also an padmitted fact that the appellant was appointed only on

consolidated basis and therefore, this Court cannot grant such relief to the

appellant.

3. In view of the above, the writ appeal stands dismissed. There shall

be no order as to costs.
