                                   This Civil Suit is filed under Order VII Rule 1 of Civil
                     Procedure Code and Order IV Rule 1 of Original Side Rules, prayed for

                                  (a) For a declaration declaring the sale deed dated 19.04.2022
                     executed by the plaintiffs in favour of the first defendant which was
                     registered as Document No. 1835 of 2022 in the Office of Sub Registrar,
                     Adyar, as null & void, invalid and non-est in law and not binding on the
                     plaintiff;


                                  (b) For a permanent injunction restraining the defendants, their
                     men, agents, servants, representatives and assigns or any one acting on
                     their behalf from in any way further encumbering or in any way dealing
                     with the suit schedule “B” mentioned property which was fraudulently
                     got registered by the first defendant without payment of the full sale
                     consideration agreed to be paid by the first defendant;


                                  (c ) For costs of this suit to the plaintiffs;

                                             For Defendants         : Mr.K.Mohan

                                                        JUDGMENT

Memo is filed by the plaintiff to withdraw the suit, since the

parties have settled their dispute out of Court.

2. In view of the Memo of withdrawal, this Civil Suit stands

dismissed as withdrawn. If the plaintiff is entitled for any refund of Court

fee under the law, same may be considered as per law. Consequently, the

connected applications are closed. No costs.
