                 issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to insert the
                 details regarding the cancellation of document No.1629/2009 registered on
                 24.04.2009 regarding the property in S.No.110/3 – Ullur Vattam, Kumbakonam
                 Taluk, Thanjavur by the judgment and decree in O.S.No.1 of 2011 in the
                 Encumbrance Certificate of the 2nd respondent officer based on the petitioner’s
                 representation dated 21.11.2017.

                                                           ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no instructions.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2

has drawn the attention to the averments in the counter. The relevant portion is

extracted as under:

“7. I humbly submit that subsequently after the writ petitioner, Additional District Court have executed the sale deed in favour of petitioner through Doc.No.5681/2018 made in favour of writ petitioner was reflected in the encumbrance certificate immediately. Hence, the prayer of petitioner is satisfied and the writ petition have become infructuous.”

Recording the above, nothing further survives for adjudication in this Writ

Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
