When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the

appellant submitted that the prayer sought for in the Writ Appeal has become

infructuous and that nothing survives for consideration in this Writ Appeal.

2.Recording the above said submission, the Writ Appeal is dismissed as
