                PRAYER : Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of

                fair and decreetal order of the XVI Small Causes Court, Chennai dated 20.12.2022
                made in R.L.T.O.P.No.47 of 2021.

                                                       ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking to set aside the judgment

and decree passed by the II Additional City Civil Court, Chennai on 13.09.2023

made in R.L.T.A.No.62 of 2023 confirming the fair and decreetal order of the XVI

Small Causes Court, Chennai dated 20.12.2022 made in R.L.T.O.P.No.47 of 2021.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a tenant

and the respondent is a landlord. Pursuant to the order of eviction passed by the

XVI Small Causes Court, Chennai and the confirmation made by the Appellate

Court, the petitioner has vacated the premises and handed over the possession of

the premises to the respondent.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner,

this Court finds that nothing survives for further adjudication in this revision

petition.

4. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, the connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is also closed. No costs.
