                                                   JUDGMENT

The second appeal is directed against the judgment and decree made

in A.S.No. 13 of 2014 on the file of the Sub Judge, Kuzhithurai, dated

20.04.2018 confirming the judgment and decree in O.S.No.176 of 2005 on

the file of the I Additional District Munsif, Kuzhithurai, dated 20.08.2013.

2. This matter is listed today under the caption 'for dismissal'.

3. It is seen from the records that despite printing the name of the

appellant in the cause list, on 30.07.2024 there was no representation for the

appellant and hence, this Court directed the Registry to post the matter on

02.08.2024 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today (i.e.,02.08.2024)

there is no representation for the appellant. Hence, the Second Appeal is

dismissed for default. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is

closed. No costs.
