                                                    ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.]

This contempt petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience

of the Judgment, dated 28.09.2022, made in W.A.(MD) No.1435 of 2011.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned

Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, on instructions,

submitted that the order and directions issued by this Court have been

complied with and to that effect he has also produced a copy of the

proceedings of the respondent, dated 31.07.2024, before this Court. It is also

reported that the contempt petitioner has passed away on 06.05.2024.

3. Recording the same, this contempt petition is closed. However,

liberty is given to the legal heirs of the deceased contempt petitioner to

challenge the above proceedings, if so advised.
