                                                 COMMON JUDGMENT

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mr.K.N.Thambi,

learned counsel appearing for the appellants would submit that the matter

is settled out of Court. Mr.C.Godwin, learned counsel for the first

respondent also confirms the same. In this regard, memos have been

filed and the same are recorded.

                                  2. In view of the above fact, this Court feels that there is no

necessity to answer the substantial questions of law framed by this Court.

Hence, these second appeals are closed. No costs.
