When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned

Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that trial is completed and

the case is posted for judgment. At this stage, this petition came to be

filed. The second respondent is present before this Court stating that the

matter has been compromised between the parties. If it is so they ought

to have appeared before the concerned Court only and not this Court

seeking quashment.

2.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition stands

dismissed. Consequently, the connected criminal miscellaneous petition

is closed.
