The learned counsel for the respondent employee brought to the

notice of this Court that during the pendency of the Writ Appeal, the main

Writ Petition itself had been disposed of by this Court. The present Writ

Appeal has been preferred against the interim order passed in the Writ

Petition and thus, the cause arose for filing of the intra court appeal did not

exist as of now. Accordingly, the Writ Appeal stands closed. There shall be

no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands

closed.
