                     India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to
                     consider the petitioner’s representation dated 18.11.2021 and to enquire
                     and pass appropriate order on the light of the Judgment passed in the
                     W.P.(MD) No.10177 of 2021, within a stipulated time that may be fixed
                     by this Court.

                                                         ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of

Mandamus directing the first respondent to act upon the representation

made by the petitioner on 18.11.2021, wherein, the petitioner sought for

an enquiry and to pass appropriate orders in the light of the judgment

passed in W.P.(MD) No.10177 of 2021, within the stipulated time that

may be fixed by this Court.

2.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of

the respondents submitted that the petitioner had specifically withdrawn

the complaint through a representation dated 29.09.2022 and a copy of

the same was also placed before this Court. The written instructions

were also received in this regard from the second respondent to the effect

that such enquiry cannot be conducted at this stage and more particularly,

since the Inspector General of Registration has issued proceedings dated

29.09.2023 keeping the power exercised under Section 77(A) of the

Indian Registration Act in abeyance.
