                    PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India,
                    to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the official respondents to remove
                    the Corana Affected grave (dead body) of Late K.Chidambaram, S/o.Late
                    Kandasamy from the land in Survey No.514/8, Parangivettikadu Village,
                    Ambalapattu South, Orathanadu Taluk, Thanjavur District, and burry the
                    same in the Village Burial ground of Parangivettikadu Village, Ambalapattu
                    South, based on the petitioner's representations, dated 02.06.2021 and
                    12.07.2021, within the period stipulated by this Court.

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus,

directing the official respondents to consider the representations made by the

petitioner on 02.06.2021 and 12.07.2021, wherein the petitioner is seeking

for exhuming the dead body of one Late K.Chidambaram from the land in

Survey No.514/8, at Parangivettikadu Village, Ambalapattu South,

Orathanadu Taluk, Thanjavur District and to bury the same in the Village

burial ground.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case

and the nature of relief that has been sought for in this Writ Petition, there

shall be a direction to the petitioner to make a fresh representation to the

President of Parangivettikadu Village Panchayat, Orathanadu Taluk,

Thanjavur District and the same shall be dealt with by the President of the

Village Panchayat in line with the judgment of the Full Bench of this Court in

W.A.No.1037 of 2023, dated 20.07.2023 [Jagadheeswari and others vs.

B.Babu Naidu and others]. Since the matter involves some sentiments, the

seventh respondent shall also be put on notice before taking any further

action. This process shall be completed within a period of six weeks from the

date of receipt of representation from the petitioner.

4. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No

costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
