                     PRAYER : This Criminal Revision Case has been filed under Section

                     397 r/w 401 of Cr.P.C., to call for the records pertaining to the judgement

                     and conviction passed by the learned Ist Additional District Judge (PCR),

                     Thiruchirapalli in C.A.No.16 of 2013 dated 10.09.2013 confirming the

                     judgment and conviction passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V,

                     Thiruchirapalli District in C.C.No.61 of 2010 dated 23.04.2013

                     convicting the petitioner for the alleged offence under Section 304A of

                     IPC and sentenced to undergo one year simple imprisonment and to pay a

                     fine of Rs.2000/- and in default to undergo one month simple

                     imprisonment and set aside the same.

                                                          ORDER

It is seen that this Criminal Revision Case was already dismissed

for default by an order dated 18.06.2019. Thereafter, the petition was

filed to restore the revision and the same was allowed on 16.03.2022.

Even thereafter, the petitioner failed to appear before this Court on

06.03.2023 through his counsel. Therefore, this Court posted the matter

today i.e., 07.03.2023 under the caption for dismissal. Even today, there

is no representation on behalf the petitioner through his counsel or by

any person. Therefore, this Revision is dismissed for non-prosecution.
