                                                      JUDGMENT

[Judgment of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.]

We do not see any grievance that accrues to the appellant by the

order of the Writ Court. The Writ Court, after all, had permitted survey of the

land after issuing notice to the appellant. Mere survey of the land is not going

to affect the rights of the appellant in the pending civil litigation. Hence, we do

not see any reason to entertain this writ appeal and it is accordingly

dismissed. It is, however, made clear that the fact that the survey happens

pending civil litigation will not affect the rights of the appellant in the civil

suits that are pending. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous

petition is closed.
