                                  In an earlier occasion, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of

                     the appellant has reported that he has no instructions from his client.

                     Therefore, today, name of the appellant is printed in the cause list and

                     listed for hearing, today. However, no one has represented either in

                     person or on behalf of the appellant.

                                  2.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent and the

                     respondent are present before this Court. We also see that the minor

                     child, viz., Sadhasivam, aged about 15 years, is in the custody of the

                     respondent. The same will remain so.

                                  3.In view of the above finding, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeals

                     are dismissed for default. No costs.
