                                                              ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed for a direction to the learned

District Munsif, Hour to dispose of E.P. No. 1 of 2022 in O.S.No.69 of

2004 within the time to be stipulated by this Court.

2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the

petitioner has filed O.S.No.69 of 2004 for specific performance of the

agreement of sale and the same was decreed on 05.09.2009 and for the

execution of the said decreed, E.P. No. 1 of 2022 has been filed. However,

the respondent/ judgment debtor is trying to evade notice, in order to

avoid execution of decree passed in the suit. It is submitted further that

the Execution Court has ultimately ordered substituted service of notice to

the respondent/ judgment debtor and the matter has been listed today i.e.,

12.06.2023.

3. Considering the above circumstances, this Civil Revision

Petition is disposed of with a direction to the District Munsif, Hour to

dispose of the E.P. No.1 of 2022 in O.S. No.69 of 2004 as expeditiously

as possible not later than five (5) months from the date of receipt of a

copy of the order. No costs.
