                                                             ORDER

This petition is filed to condone the delay of 279 days in

preferring the criminal appeal against the order passed by the learned

Sessions Judge (Fast Track Mahila Court), Thiruvarur dated

28.09.2021.

2. Though the name of the petitioner is printed in the cause list,

there is no representation for the petitioner either in person or through

counsel.

3. On the earlier occasion also, there was no representation for

the petitioner. Hence, the criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed
