                                  Contempt Petition has been filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of
            Courts Act, 1971, to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the judgment and
            decree passed by this Court in S.A.No.338 of 2013, dated 23.03.2017.

                                                            ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Special Government

Pleader, appearing for the respondent, has submitted that the order, against which this

Contempt Petition is filed, has been complied with.

2. However, according to the petitioner, the order has not been complied

with in letter and spirit.

3. It is seen that pursuant to the order passed by this Court in the Second

Appeal, G.O.Ms.No.363, Finance (CA) Department, dated 01.12.2022, has been issued

by the Government, in compliance.

4. In view of the above development, this Contempt Petition is closed. No

costs.

5. If the petitioner is aggrieved over the said G.O., it is open for him to

challenge the same in accordance with law.
