                    on the file of the learned Session Judge, Special Court for Trial of SC/ST
                    (POA) Act Cases, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputtur, dated 04.08.2023
                    and set aside the same as illegal and enlarge the appellant on bail by
                    allowing the appeal.
