                     dated 21.04.2014 made in W.P.Nos.13054 & 13055 of 2010 of the

                     Hon'ble High Court and grant benefits to the petitioner for initial date of

                     certificate verification conducted by the third respondent and

                     consequently directing the respondents to consider the representation of

                     the petitioner dated 23.04.2015.
