                                                         JUDGMENT

(Delivered by the Hon'ble Chief Justice)

The appellant is challenging the ex parte ad interim order

passed by the learned Single Judge during the pendency of the writ

petition.

2. We have heard Mr.T.Chandrasekaran, learned counsel for

the appellant, and Mr.V.Ajoy Khose, learned counsel for the

respondent.

3. The order assailed is an ex parte ad interim order. The

appellant can agitate with regard to the stay to the reinstatement

once notice is served and parties appear.

4. Learned counsel for the present appellant and the

respondent shall appear before the learned Single Judge on

4.9.2023. The appellant may agitate with regard to the stay to the

reinstatement. The learned Single Judge shall consider the stand of

the parties on a date convenient to the learned Single Judge.

With these observations, the writ appeal is disposed of. There

will be no order as to costs. Consequently, C.M.P.No.18501 of 2023
