                                                             ORDER

This writ petition is filed with a grievance

that the petitioner has not been permitted to travel

abroad due to the look out circular issued against

him.

2.When the writ petition is taken up for

hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for

the 1st respondent submits that there is no look out

circular as against the petitioner.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl Side)

for the respondents 2 and 3 submits that a criminal

case was registered as against this petitioner for

the offence under Sections 498(A), 506(i) and 406 IPC

and the same was tried in CC.No.50 of 2021 by

the Additional Mahila Court, Thanjavur and the case

ended in acquittal by judgment dated 06.03.2023.

Therefore, there would not be any impediment for the

petitioner to go to abroad.

4.Recording the above submission made by the

respondents, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
