                                                     ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the

STC.No.251 of 2019 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I,

Pudukkottai.

2.The facts of this case is covered by the reported Judgment of this Court

in 2018 2 LW (Crl) 606 [Jeevanandham and others Vs. State Rep. by

Inspector of Police and another]. Accordingly, the STC.No.251 of 2019

pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Pudukkottai is hereby

quashed and the Criminal Original Petition is allowed. Consequently, the

connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
