                    praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st and 2nd respondents
                    to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 20.04.2023 and 27.07.2023
                    and further direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to register the case against the
                    3rd and 4th respondents.

                                                          ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent Police to

consider to take action on the complaint given by the petitioner against the

respondents 3 and 4.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the

complaint given by the petitioner is now pending in C.P.No.330 of 2023.

3. In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the respondent

Police to conduct the enquiry keeping in mind the judgment in Lalitha

Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh reported in 2013 (6) CTC 353.

On completion of the enquiry, the respondent Police shall take a decision

regarding the further course of action. This process shall be completed by

the respondent Police within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt

of copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed off. No

costs.
