                     A.S.No.09 of 2017 on the file of the Additional Subordinate Court,
                     Tenkasi, confirming the judgment and decree dated 07.12.2016 made in
                     O.S.No.02 of 2009 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Shencottai,
                     which partly allowed the suit and allow the second appeal.

                                                         JUDGMENT

The learned counsel appearing for the appellants has addressed a

letter of the appellants dated 17.04.2023 is also enclosed along with the

letter of the learned counsel on record for the appellants dated

21.04.2023.

2. This Court, after perusing the aforementioned letters, dismisses

the Second Appeal as settled out of Court. No costs. Consequently,

connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
