When the writ appeal came up for hearing on 31.03.2023, there was

no representation for the appellants. Hence, the matter was directed to be

posted on 10.04.2023 under the caption “ for dismissal”. Even today, there

was no representation on behalf of the appellants, which clearly shows that

the appellants are not interested in prosecuting the case.

2. Accordingly, this writ appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No

costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
