                     PRAYER: Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of Contempt of
                     Courts Act, 1971, to punish the contemnors/respondent 1&2 for
                     deliberate and willfull disobeying the order of the Hon'ble High Court in
                     Crl.O.P (MD) No. 10754 of 2022 dated 17.06.2022.

                                                        ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the

contemnors /respondent 1&2 for deliberate and willful disobeying the

order of the this Court made in Crl.O.P (MD) No. 10754 of 2022, dated

17.06.2022.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit

that the representation given by the petitioner was considered by the

respondent police and directed the petitioner to work out his remedy

through civil Court process and hence, the matter has become

infructuous.

3. Per contra, the learned counsel for the petitioner would

submit that that even though the civil suit has been decreed in favour of

the petitioner, the respondent has not considered the representation of

the petitioner.

4. If the said civil suit ended in favour of the petitioner, the

petitioner shall obtain copy of the Judgment from the Civil Court and

produce the same to the respondent police by giving fresh representation.

5. With the above observation, this Contempt Petition is

closed.
