                                                     JUDGMENT

[Delivered by PARESH UPADHYAY, J.]

Challenge in this appeal is made to the order dated 09

December 2019 recorded on W.P(MD) No.26136 of 2019. This

appeal is by the State Authorities.

2. Mr.Veera Kathiravan, learned Additional Advocate

General appearing for the appellants has after arguing for some

time submitted that, since the direction of learned Single Judge is to

pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, this appeal is not

pressed.

3. In view of the above, this writ appeal is disposed

of without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter

reserving liberty to the State to pass appropriate orders in

accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, connected C.M.P

would not survive.
