Though the Additional Government Pleader has been taking

time for taking steps to bring on record the legal representatives of the

deceased sole respondent since 10.10.2018, sofar, no steps have been

taken by the petitioner-appellant to bring on record the legal

representatives of the deceased respondent.

2. In these circumstances, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is

dismissed as abated. Consequently, the appeal in A.S. SR. No.99657 of

2017 is also rejected. No costs.
