                                                        JUDGMENT

(The Judgment of the Court was delivered by The Hon'ble Chief Justice)

The learned counsel for the parties submitted that the order dated

27.01.2020 passed in batch of Writ Petitions in W.P.No.13616 of 2018, etc., was

the same by maintaining the appeal and in one of the batch of appeals in

W.A.No.569 of 2020 (Meethelaveetil Kaitheri Muralidharan Vs. Union of India and

others), decided by judgment dated 09.10.2020. The order of the learned Single

Judge was set aside and prayer is made to dispose of this appeal having been

covered by the said judgment in W.A.No.569 of 2020. In view of the above

submission by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, the present Writ

Appeal is ordered to be covered by the judgment rendered in W.A.No.569 of

2020, dated 09.10.2020. With these observations, this Writ Appeal is disposed of

in the same terms. No costs.
