                     praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for
                     the records on the of the 2nd Respondent in the proceedings
                     O.Mu.No.LL2/2998/2018 dated 01.02.2018 rejecting petitioner claim for
                     compassionate appointment and quash the same and consequently direct
                     the respondents to appoint petitioner in any suitable post commensurate
                     with his qualifications, consequent on the death of petitioner father,
                     Thiru [email protected] Veera Deevar on 20.10.2016 while serving as Plot
                     Watcher in respondents Department in the light of the Judgment of the
                     Hon'ble First Bench of this Court in W.A.No.524 of 2012 dated
