                       Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the
                issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to transfer the
                petitioner in the Ariyalur District by vacant place of respectively in the light of
                the judgment passed in W.P.(MD) No. 16884 of 2021 and batch dated
                24.11.2021 based on the representation of the petitioner 04.05.2022.

                                                    ORDER

The petition seeks to transfer him in the Ariyalur District by vacant place

in the light of the judgment passed in W.P.(MD) No. 16884 of 2021 and batch

dated 24.11.2021.

2. The learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondent has

stated that in the similar matter, this Court has rejected the request of the

petitioner.

3. In the light of the order passed in W.P.(MD) No. 16884 of 2021 and

batch dated 24.11.2021, if such representation is made, it is for the authority

concerned to consider his representation by taking note of the request made in

the said representation and to take appropriate decision within a period of 8

weeks from the date of a copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court will

not express any opinion on the merits of the case.

4. With the above directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No

costs.
