                    Prayer: This Transfer CMP is filed under Section 24 CPC to withdraw

                    the case in O.S.No.510 of 2007 on the file of the District Munsif Court,

                    Srivilliputur, Virudhunagar District and transfer the same to any one of the

                    District Munsif Court, situated in nearby District of Madurai.

                                                       ORDER

The petitioner, who is the 6th defendant, has filed this

Transfer CMP to transfer the O.S.No.510 of 2007 on the file of the District

Munsif Court, Srivilliputur, Virudhunagar District to any one of the

District Munsif Court, Madurai, since the matter is pending from 2007 and

also posted for Judgment on 03.03.2021 still not disposed of.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the peittioner.

3. On perusal of the case status it is seen that on 12.02.2021

arguments heard and posted for Judgment on 03.03.2021. After that, the

case was posted for further proceedings from 26.03.2021 to 21.03.2022,

without any reason. But no defective order passed against the respondent

and the matter is being adjourned un necessarily.

3. Considering the fact that the suit is pending from the year

2007, the learned District Munsif, Srivilliputur, Virudhunagar District is

directed to dispose of the the suit in O.S.No.510 of 2007 pending on its

file within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this

order.

4. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No

costs.
