                change the name of the Property Tax Assessment No.145/030/00080 for the
                house property in Door No.28A, New Door No.124, Puthurmanai 1 st Street,
                Puliyur Village, Tenkasi Taluk, Tenkasi District and Property Tax Assessment
                No.145/030/00079 for the house property in Old Door No.28B/2, New Door
                No.120, Puthurmanai 1st Street, Puliyur Village, Tenkasi Taluk, Tenkasi
                District as per the Decree and Judgment in O.S.No.285/2016 on the file of the
                Principal Sub Court, Tenkasi dated 05.10.2020 and Registered Document No.
                495/2022, by considering the Petitioner's representation dated 23.04.2022 and
                petitioner application, within the period as stipulated by this Court.

                                                      ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional

Government Pleader for the respondent.

2. The writ petition stands disposed of by dispensing with the notice to

the respondent by directing the respondent to consider and pass appropriate

orders on the petitioner's representation dated 23.04.2022 within a period of

eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It is needless to

state that before passing any such order, the petitioner's mother and his sister

shall also be heard. No costs.
