                     22.03.2017 and allow this criminal revision petition.

                                                       ORDER

The present criminal revision has been filed praying to set

aside the judgment passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, City

Civil Court, Chennai in Crl.A.No.257 of 2017 dated 22.02.2019

confirming the judgment passed by the learned Metropolitan

2. Today when the criminal revision petition is came up for

hearing, there was no representation from either side.

3. Now on going through the order sheet maintained in this

criminal revision, despite of repeated adjournments, either the petitioner

nor his counsel is not appeared before this Court. Therefore, this Court

directed the Registry to post this matter today i.e.20.04.2022 under the

caption 'for dismissal'. Even after listing this matter under the caption 'for

dismissal', no one has appeared on behalf of the revision petitioner.

Hence, this criminal revision petition is dismissed 'for non prosecution'.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
