The learned counsel appearing for the appellants Mr.S.Doraisamy and the

learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 to 10 Mr.E.K.Kumaresan

would state that the dispute between the parties has been amicably settled and

they have also filed a memo of agreement. The said memo is taken on file.

2. The learned counsels appearing for the appellants seek permission of

this Court to withdraw this appeal and he has also made an endorsement to that

effect.

3.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for
