                                                       ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the order passed by

the 1st Respondent in M.C.No.819/Ni.Se.Na.and Ka.Thu.Aa/Ma.Maa/2020, dated

28.08.2020 and set aside the same as illegal.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought

for in this petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner,

this Criminal Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
